I find this brush too far easier than the standard Oral-B brush head use - no irritation at all, but it will still feel my teeth cleaned. I switch between this and the brush Floss Action head (the one with the plastic paddle in addition to the bristles). The Floss Action works better on arrival in between the teeth, but can be a bit hard on the gums (but not as bad as the standard brush head). By alternating between two and the soft and the action works very Flossgood for me.
